UPSers Forgot Password – How to Reset Your UPSers Login

To reset a UPSers employee password, start with UPSers password-reset help. It leads to an Employee ID form, not the email-and-username recovery used by UPS.com shipping customers.

This is an independent guide, not a UPS website. We do not collect passwords, Employee IDs or verification codes. Enter them only through the official UPS route.

How to reset your UPSers password

Open the official UPSers help page and follow Forgot Your Password to the employee reset form on epsas.ups.com.
Enter your Employee ID number only. This form explicitly says not to include @ups.com.
Choose the one-time PIN method offered for your account: SMS to the phone on file or email to the address on file.
Enter the PIN on the official site, then follow its prompts to create a new password.
Return to UPSers and choose UPSers Log In. The Microsoft sign-in screen uses your employee number followed by @ups.com.

UPS says subsidiary employees, contingent workers and global development consultants have the preferred-email PIN option only. Do not assume that every account offers both methods.

UPSers password requirements

The published UPSers registration rules require at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and an allowed special character. The password must differ from your registration PIN. Follow the requirements shown on the current reset screen if they differ for your account.

Forgot your User ID (username)?

Your UPS employee number is different from a customer UPS.com username. Check your employment records or ask your supervisor or HR to confirm it. A customer “Recover Username” email cannot retrieve your employee number. Our Employee ID guide explains the distinction.

UPSers account locked? Here’s the fix

The official UPSers guidance says three unsuccessful attempts lock the account for 15 minutes. Wait before trying again. The TSC Help Desk cannot remove that temporary UPSers.com lockout.

If you do not know the password, reset it instead of guessing again. An Authenticator prompt or an unavailable verification phone is a separate issue: use UPS MFA help and its support options.

Reset your password from your phone

You can open the same official help and reset pages in a mobile browser. Keep the reset page open while checking the registered SMS or email account. Enter the code only into the official recovery flow; this guide has no reset form.

Still can’t get in?

First-time user: follow new user registration and the official PIN instructions.
No access to the registered recovery method: use UPSers Help & Support to find the appropriate support route. Repeated password guesses will not update a phone number.
MFA or Authenticator problem: follow the separate MFA instructions.
Retiree or former employee: explain which record you need when contacting UPS. The official help page lists retiree support and U.S. paycheck/W-2 routes; do not assume a password reset will restore every former account.
