When UPSers will not let you in, first identify where the process stops: the employee-number screen, the password, a verification prompt or a page that will not load. Each has a different next step.
This is an independent guide, not a UPS website. We have no employee login form and do not collect credentials or verification codes.
Sign-in and support routes checked September 11, 2026.
First: make sure you’re on the real site
Start at the official UPSers welcome page and select UPSers Log In. This link currently opens the UPS Microsoft sign-in screen. That redirect is part of the official route; do not confuse it with a customer UPS.com shipping account or a link from an unrelated guide.
If Microsoft offers a personal account, choose the option to use another account. On the UPS sign-in screen, enter your employee number followed by @ups.com. Use the UPS work account, not a personal Microsoft email address.
Common reasons UPSers login fails — and the fix
- Wrong identifier: use your employee number followed by @ups.com at Microsoft sign-in. The separate reset form needs the number without that suffix. See our Employee ID guide.
- Forgotten password: follow official UPSers reset help or our reset walkthrough.
- First-time account: follow registration with your one-time PIN. An expired-password message during that setup is covered in the official instructions.
- Account not recognised: ask your supervisor to confirm that the account has been set up. Do not assume a fixed number of days will solve it.
- Temporary lockout: UPS states that three unsuccessful attempts cause a 15-minute lockout. Wait before retrying; the TSC Help Desk cannot lift this temporary UPSers.com lockout.
- Authenticator, changed phone or missing code: use UPS MFA help. A password reset does not replace access to a required second factor.
If it’s a browser or device issue
Open a private browser window and begin again from the official UPSers page, or try another current browser. This helps distinguish an account problem from an old session or a browser-specific problem.
If only your usual browser fails, review extensions and the site’s stored data. Clear data for the affected site if needed; this signs you out. If the page does not load on your network, another permitted connection can help check whether the network is the cause.
Is UPSers down?
This guide does not monitor UPSers uptime. A page-load error alone does not establish a general outage. The official Help & Support page has separate routes for “UPSers.com is down” and “UPSers.com won’t load.” Use those before repeatedly changing your password.
Quick fix checklist
- Start from the official UPSers welcome page.
- Use the UPS work account and the identifier format requested on that screen.
- Reset a forgotten password through UPSers help, not customer UPS.com recovery.
- Wait out a temporary lockout; use MFA help for a second-factor problem.
- Try a private window or another current browser if the page or redirect fails.
- Ask your supervisor or the appropriate official support route to check account setup if it remains unresolved.
Still can’t log in?
Use UPSers Help & Support to select the route that matches the problem. Note the error text and the step at which it occurs. Do not send anyone your password or a one-time code. For a general overview after you regain access, see our UPSers.com guide.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my UPSers login not working?
Check the stage that fails: work-account identifier, password, first-time PIN, temporary lockout, MFA or page loading. Start from the official UPSers page and use the matching help route.
Why can’t a new UPS employee log in?
Confirm account setup with your supervisor and follow official new-user registration. Use your employee number followed by @ups.com, then the one-time PIN in lowercase. The public instructions do not give a universal activation deadline.
My UPSers account is locked — what do I do?
UPS states that three unsuccessful attempts trigger a 15-minute lockout. Wait before retrying; the TSC Help Desk cannot lift that temporary UPSers.com lockout. Use separate MFA help if the problem is a verification method.
What are the UPSers password requirements?
The published registration rules require at least 12 characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and an allowed special character. Follow the exact requirements shown on the official password screen.
