Personal shipping discount
As a UPS employee — full-time, part-time, union or retired (registered) — you can save roughly 8%–16% on your own UPS shipping for personal and household use. The discount applies when the shipment is billed to your UPS account and processed through a UPS automated shipping system; you’re responsible for the charges on your account.
UPS SmartSavings Marketplace
Beyond shipping, the SmartSavings Discount Marketplace is a hub of exclusive employee deals. You’ll find savings across categories such as:

Who is eligible
The employee discount program is open to current and retired UPS employees who are registered on UPSers. Not eligible: employees in Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, retirees without UPS access, third-party resellers, franchisees and their employees, and UPS vendors.
Employee Discount Agreement — key terms
When you enroll, you accept UPS’s Employee Discount Agreement. The main points:
- Personal use only: the discounts (incentives) are for your personal and household shipping — you can’t transfer, resell or share them.
- How to ship: use a UPS automated shipping system, and drop packages at a UPS Customer Center or your work-location mailroom (not at The UPS Store or third-party retailers).
- Payment: you agree to pay all charges billed to your account in full and on time.
- Confidentiality: keep the agreement’s rates and terms confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
- Changes: UPS’s tariff and terms can change without notice, and UPS may modify or end the program with reasonable notice (for example, posted at upsers.com).

- Open “My Life and Career.”
